WHAT DOES A MEDIATOR DO?
A mediator remains impartial and neutral while helping the parties involved in a dispute (like a divorce) identify the issues that need resolution, share information, brainstorm solutions, and negotiate a fair and agreeable solution (e.g. a Marital Settlement Agreement). A mediator is not a judge. A mediator helps the parties find a mutually agreed upon solution that will work for everyone. A mediator helps you make decisions that will work for you.

LOWER-INCOME?
For our lower-income clients, sliding-scale rates are available.
